Real estate and how life's lived in Winnetka, Illinois

If I have (or expect to have) young children, should the elementary school district affect where I buy in Winnetka, all other things being equal?

Unfortunately Yes, Crow Island and Greeley are a little bit better than Hubbard Woods. Hubbard Woods has slightly lower test scores than Crow Island and Greeley. Hubbard Woods recieved a GreatSchools.net rating of 8, Crow Island 10, and Greeley 10. The scores are out of 10 points. Greeley has improved since last year when it was rated a 9. Crow Island in my opinion is the best school in Winnetka. It has some economic diversity and I think the building is nice. I think that if you chose to live in Hubbard Woods it will require you a little more effort than if they were at Crow Island, Greeley, or another New Trier school.
