Architecture critic Blair Kamin weighed in on the proposed demolition of a 3-story Arts and Crafts home at 412 Walnut St prior to last Thursday's meeting of the Village's Building Review Committee. The committee approved a 60-day delay, according to a Tribune follow-up report.
