With the snow piled high, and the Super Bowl just hours away, I was expecting some uninterrupted time with Coldwell Banker's Monica Childs at her open house at 932 Westmoor Rd, Winnetka.
Far from it. There was a constant stream of buyers scoping out the 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath new construction townhomes, priced at $1,180,000.
The homes have 10 foot ceilings, 2-car garages, and a wide range of high-end finishes, and are located just a few blocks from Hubbard Woods shopping and the Metra train station.
