Coldwell Banker's Colleen Remsberg has been a client and fan of Spynergy for nearly 10 years and introduces us to Jen Solberg, one of the owners, for an overview of the facility.
Spynergy classes combine high-energy instructors who use music and lighting to create "an exciting exercise experience." The Spynergy studio features thirty-five cycles, rubber floors and a state-of the art sound system.
